Vouchers can be spent in store or by emailing us their preferences. They do not need to visit us if they quote the reference given on the voucher.

Please note:

• Vouchers have no expiry date
• Vouchers can be personalised
• Vouchers will be EMAILED to you so that you can email the recipient on a day of your choice
• The recipient doesn’t need to print out the voucher.
• The recipient can shop instore or online and need to quote the unique reference number (bottom right corner of the voucher)
• With further instructions we are happy to email the recipient directly.

As an example, if you purchase 2 x £25 vouchers and 1 x £10, the final voucher amount will show as £60 and doesn’t need to be spend in one purchase

If your preference is to have it posted or to have it printed and collected in store we can also accommodate this. Please add in the ‘comments’ section at checkout

When placing the booking please indicate the following in the notes at checkout

• Who the voucher is for

• Any message

• Who it is from
