Our blind date with a book is known as UNDERWRAPS, because we keep it under wraps. Get it!?
It all started with ‘Jolabokaflod’! This is an Icelandic term, translating to ‘Christmas book flood’ and is used to describe books that are gifted on Christmas Eve. At Red Lion Books we gift-wrap a book we hope our customers would love and sell it in the run-up to Christmas. Customers loved it so much that we now run it throughout the year with monthly themes.
The only clue we give you is the theme title which have been carefully curated by Louise.
